Hi, I’m Amanda Metropolus, Art Therapist (ATR), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and I can help.
I provide anxiety therapy, self esteem therapy, relationship counseling and art therapy using creative ways to visualize and break down challenges by mapping them into small pieces that can be understood and worked through.
