Book a Free Consultation
Schedule a free 15 minute consultation with me by clicking the link below. During this time I will ask about concerns that are bringing you to therapy, what you would like to see changed when you are done with therapy, talk about logistics such as scheduling and answer any questions that you have about therapy, myself or the treatment process. If we agree we are a good fit, we will schedule your first therapy session.

Start Relationship Counseling
Attend the first session. During this time, we will reflect upon what is bringing you into relationship counseling, what you have experienced, and create a plan that visualises and breaks down the layers that are causing you to feel lost and overwhelmed.

Attend Therapy Sessions
During weekly sessions, we will explore and discover tools that you can use in very specific moments of your day when you notice feeling overwhelmed and unable to express your feelings. Through our work together, you’ll experience an internal shift that creates space for yourself and loved ones around you. Sessions will gradually move to bi-weekly and then monthly based on your progress.

During your sessions I will help you safely explore feelings you have and how they may relate to past experiences. By doing so, you learn how it impacts your relationships today. I will check in with you throughout session and make sure we take care of any feelings you are having in your body. We will normally make art, if you’re open to it. Art has some wonderful ways of opening up areas that are not so clear for us. I will also work with you to understand your needs and wants and how to express them within relationships. We will set up boundaries and use them in your daily life.

I do not have a recommend or required time that you will need to be in therapy. Together we create an individualised plan with goals for therapy and track the progress you are making toward those goals. Once you are in a place where you have met your goals, you can begin the process of stepping down. I usually begin with weekly sessions and move to bi-weekly and then monthly sessions. Once you are ready, I support you through the end of your therapy sessions.
